This site is run by Daya Rehabilitation Trust (Thanal Kannur). By donating here, you agree to these terms.

Your donation

Donations are voluntary and in Indian rupees. A donation is a gift, so you get no goods or services in return. We use it for the cause you choose. If a cause has more than it needs or cannot go ahead, we use it for Thanal Kannur's other care work.

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment partner, Razorpay. Please use only a payment method you are allowed to use. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Monthly and yearly plans

A plan charges you automatically. A monthly plan runs until the campaign ends on 31 October 2027. A yearly plan for a Food Calendar date runs for 3 more years. You can stop a plan at any time from your receipt. If a yearly charge fails, your date opens up to others a week before.

Food Calendar

Your donation pays for food on the date you choose. If that date has passed, the kitchen fund has already paid for the day and your donation pays it back.

Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund policy.

Receipts and tax

Your receipt is proof of your payment. If you need an 80G certificate, write to info@thanal.org.in. We cannot promise a tax benefit.

Your details

Please give your real name, mobile number and email, because your receipt and donations are linked to them. Our Privacy page explains how we use them.

Using this site

We work to keep this site correct and running, but we cannot promise it always will be. Please do not misuse it, or copy our photos or text without asking.

Changes and law

We may update these terms, and the date above shows the last change. These terms follow Indian law, and any dispute goes to the courts in Kerala.
