Mistaken gifts

If you gave the wrong amount or gave twice by mistake, write to the Thanal office within 7 days with your receipt number. We refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.

Failed or pending payments

If money left your account but you did not get a receipt, the payment is either confirmed within an hour or refunded automatically by the bank, usually within 5–7 working days.

Food Calendar

If the kitchen cannot serve on a date you sponsored, we move your plates to the next open meal and tell you, or refund you if you prefer.
